青少年近视应用综合验光仪及散瞳验光法的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在青少年近视检查中综合验光仪与散瞳验光法的价值。方法:试验对象选择2021年1月~2021年11月于本院就医的青少年近视患者62例,以随机盲选法均分为2组,在检查中分别以综合验光仪(对照组,31例)与散瞳验光法(观察组,31例)实施检查,统计验光结果与满意度。结果:观察组验光结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.110,P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.167,P<0.05)。结论:通过对青少年近视患者以散瞳验光法实施验光,可有效提升临床验光准确性,还能够增加患者满意度,对提升验光结果可靠性起着积极意义。Objective:To explore the value of combining optometry with dilated pupil optometry in adolescent myopia examination.Methods:62 adolescent myopia patients were selected from January 2021 to November 2021 in our hospital.They were divided into 2 groups by random blind selection method.During the examination,they were examined by comprehensive optometry(control group=31 cases)and dilated optometry(observation group=31 cases),and the optometry results and satisfaction were counted.Results:The optometry results of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.110,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.167,P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the application of dilated pupil optometry in adolescent myopia patients,the accuracy of clinical optometry can be effectively improved,and patient satisfaction can be increased.It plays a positive role in improving the reliability of optometry results,which is suitable for in-depth research and promotion.
