摘　　要：目的:分析老肯牌LK/MJQ-100型过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器(简称为灭菌器)在腔镜器械应用中所获得的灭菌效果。方法:本次实验研究将2019年8月~2022年8月医院所使用的腔镜器械64件作为实验对象,根据其所采用的灭菌方式不同将其分为实验组与对比组,对比组有腔镜器械32件,所采用的灭菌方式为浓度为2%的碱性戊二醛化学浸泡法,实验组有腔镜器械32件,所采用的灭菌方式为灭菌器灭菌。结果:实验组腔镜器械灭菌合格率较高,故障率明显较低,灭菌时间较短且灭菌有效时间相对较长,与对比组腔镜器械相比存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。灭菌前两组腔镜器械菌落数量并无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;实验组腔镜器械灭菌后菌落数量明显少于对比组腔镜器械,P<0.05。结论:老肯牌LK/MJQ-100型灭菌器属于腔镜器械的一种理想灭菌方式。Objective:To analyze the sterilization effect of LK/MJQ-100 hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer(hereinafter referred to as sterilizer)in the application of endoscopic instruments.Methods:In this study,64 endoscopy instruments used in hospitals from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected as experimental subjects,and were divided into experimental group and comparison group according to different sterilization methods.The comparison group had 32 endoscopy instruments,and the sterilization method adopted was 2%basic glutaraldehyde chemical soaking method.There were 32 endoscope instruments in the experimental group,and the sterilization method used was sterilizer sterilization.Results:The qualified rate of sterilization of endoscopic instruments in the experimental group was higher,the failure rate was significantly lower,the sterilization time was shorter and the sterilization effective time was relatively longer,and there were significant statistical differences compared with the comparison group,P<0.05.Before sterilization,there was no significant difference in the number of colony between the two groups,P>0.05.After sterilization,the number of colonies in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:LK/MJQ-100 sterilizer is an ideal sterilization method for endoscopic instruments.
