摘 要:为降低某型柴油机缸套变形,研究了机体缸孔加工工艺、机体结构改进对缸套变形的影响。使用三坐标测量机,在采用镗削工艺和珩磨工艺这两种加工条件下对机体缸孔、缸套内孔轮廓的变形进行了测量,分析了缸盖螺栓预紧力对缸套轮廓变形的影响规律,对比了机体结构改进前后,缸套内孔的轮廓变形和圆度情况,并用批量生产的缸孔圆度对机体改进方案进行了验证。结果表明:与精镗缸孔工艺相比,采用珩磨缸孔工艺能使缸套变形明显减小,加强机体刚度和采用珩磨工艺的改进设计方案可使柴油机缸套轮廓变形、圆度有明显改善。In order to reduce the deformation of a diesel engine cylinder liner,a study on the impact of machining process and cylinder block structure on the cylinder liner deformation was carried on in this paper.The profile of deformation of two groups of cylinder bores and liners which were machined by boring process and honing process have been measured by coordinate measuring machine.The impact of pre-load of cylinder bolts on the liner deformation was analyzed.A contrastive analysis of the liner deformation and roundness of the cylinder liner was carried out before and after the improvement of the body structure.the body improvement scheme was verified by the test data of the cylinder diameter roundness.The result shows that the deformation of honing processed cylinder bore is smaller than that of boring processed.Better rigidity of cylinder block and honing processing can improve the liner deformation and roundness.
