摘　　要：在信息化浪潮的冲击下,成人学历教育的教学模式正在发生着显著的变化,在线学习的形式正在兴起。本文以医学成人学习者在线学习状态为中心问题,通过发放调查问卷,使用差异分析、交叉分析、卡方检验等分析方法对调查结果进行分析,以发现影响成人学习者在线学习的主要因素并提出解决对策,以期能真正提高成人在线教育教学效果。Under the impact of the information tide,the teaching mode of adult diploma education is undergo-ing significant changes,and the form of online learning is rising.This paper takes the online learning status of med-ical adult learners as the central question,sends out questionnaires and uses the methods of difference analysis,cross analysis and chi-square test to analyze the survey results.in order to find out the main factors affecting adult learners'online learning and put forward countermeasures,In order to really improve the teaching effect of adult on-line education.
