基于区块链的烟草供应链信息监管模式研究

摘　　要：针对烟草供应链上游环节信息主体变化多、信息管理不统一、信息传输效率低等问题,结合区块链、大数据等相关技术,构建了烟草供应链上游环节的信息监管模式,并以烟草种植服务合作社的管理为基础,将烟草供应链上游各个环节的信息进行统一管理,较大地提高了信息的透明度、安全性和实时传输性.通过该模式,相关监管部门能实时监管供应链上游的信息流动和生产情况,进行及时调配控制,不仅能够实现烟草的质量溯源管理,还可以实现供应链上游烟叶信息标准制定和监管,更好地发挥监管部门的职能作用,从而提高了烟草供应链的管理效率.In view of the upstream link of tobacco supply chain information subject changes,information management is not unified,information transmission efficiency is low.Combined with blockchain,big data and other related technologies,the information supervision mode of the upstream link of the tobacco supply chain is constructed.Based on the management of tobacco cultivation service cooperatives,the information of each link of the upstream link of the tobacco supply chain is unified management,which greatly improves the transparency,security and real⁃time transmission of information.Through this model,the relevant regulatory department can real⁃time monitor the flow of information of the supply chain upstream and the production situation,timely deployment of control,not only can achieve the quality traceability management of tobacco,can also realize tobacco information standards and regulation of supply chain upstream,better play to the functions of regulatory and thus improve the efficiency of the tobacco supply chain management.
