戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤患者TGF-β_(1)、EGF水平及微血管密度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤患者转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、表皮生长因子(EGF)水平及微血管密度的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2020年5月我院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组采用戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的TGF-β_(1)、EGF水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的微血管密度、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的子宫肌瘤复发率低于对照组,复发时平均瘤体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术可有效抑制子宫肌瘤患者的生长因子水平,降低微血管密度,控制子宫肌瘤复发率及复发时平均瘤体积。Objective To investigate the effects of goserelin combined with laparoscopic hystero myomectomy on transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)),epidermal growth factor(EGF)levels and microvessel density in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment options,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic hystero myomectomy,and the observation group was treated with goserelin combined with laparoscopic hystero myomectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of TGF-β_(1) and EGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the microvessel density and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of uterine fibroids in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the average tumor volume at recurrence was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Goserelin combined with laparoscopic hystero myomectomy can effectively inhibit the levels of growth factors in patients with uterine fibroids,reduce microvessel density,and control the recurrence rate of uterine fibroids and the average tumor volume at recurrence.
