复方丹参滴丸联合奥扎格雷钠治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的效果及对凝血纤溶指标、凝血四项及血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合奥扎格雷钠治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的效果。方法选取2018年11月至2021年11月收治的102例短暂性脑缺血发作患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组给予奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组给予复方丹参滴丸联合奥扎格雷钠治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)及组织型纤溶酶原激活物-抑制剂复合物(t-PAIC)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及凝血酶时间(TT)长于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合奥扎格雷钠治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的效果较好,可改善患者凝血纤溶指标及凝血四项指标,调节血脂水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of transient ischemic attack.Methods A total of 102 patients with transient ischemic attack admitted from November 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ozagrel sodium,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills combined with ozagrel sodium.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT),thrombomodulin(TM)and tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor complex(t-PAIC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the fibrinogen(FIB)level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of transient ischemic attack has good effect,which can improve the coagulation and fibrinolysis indexes and coagulation four items indexes,and regulate the blood lipid level.It is worthy of promotion.
