摘 要:目的:采用薄层液基细胞学检查和细胞DNA倍体定量分析对非妇科脱落细胞学标本进行检测,比较两种诊断方法的差异。方法:将临床送检的285份非妇科脱落细胞标本制成薄层液基细胞学和细胞DNA倍体定量分析玻片各1张,对比两种检查方法阳性检出率的差异。结果:薄层液基细胞学检查确诊4例,可疑4例,阴性277例,阳性率为2.807%(8/285);细胞DNA倍体定量分析方法确诊3例,可疑2例,阴性280例,阳性率为1.754%(5/285),两种检测方法阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:薄层液基细胞学检查和细胞DNA倍体定量分析在非妇科细胞学诊断中具有同样的诊断价值,但是依据目前相关研究结果,细胞DNA倍体定量分析更值得临床应用。Objective To compare the difference of the two diagnostic methods in non-gynecological exfoliated cytological specimens by thin-prep cytology test and cervical cell DNA ploidy quantitative analysis.Methods The thin-prep cytology test and cervical cell DNA ploidy quantitative analysis were prepared from the non-gynecological exfoliated cell specimens for clinical examination.The difference positive detection rates of the two methods were compared.Results In the thin-prep cytology test,there were 4 confirmed cases,4 suspicious cases,277 negative cases and a positive rate of 2.807%(8/285).In the cervical cell DNA ploidy quantitative analysis,3 cases were confirmed,2 cases were suspected,280 cases were negative,and the positive rate was 1.754%(5/285).There was no significant difference in the positive rate between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Thin-prep cytology test and cervical cell DNA ploidy quantitative analysis have the same diagnostic value in the field of non-gynecological cytology,but according to the current research results,quantitative analysis of cell DNA ploidy is more worthy of clinical application.
