高压氧联合鼠神经生长因子治疗面神经炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析高压氧联合鼠神经生长因子治疗面神经炎的临床效果。方法:选取贵阳市第一人民医院2021年6月—2023年2月就诊的62例面神经炎的患者。将患者随机分为观察组与对照组各31例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组常规药物治疗基础上给予高压氧联合鼠神经生长因子治疗。治疗前、治疗15d后,采用神经电生理技术及多伦多(Sunnybrook)面神经评分系统[Sunnybrook(Toronto)facial grading system,SFGS]对两组患者的治疗效果进行评估。结果:治疗前,两组患者双侧(患侧与健侧)MCV及SFGS评分,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后:观察组患侧面神经运动传导速度及SFGS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组总有效率(93.5%)高于对照组(74.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧联合鼠神经生长因子治疗面神经炎效果确切。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with nerve growth factor(NGF)in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods 62 patients with facial neuritis who visited Guiyang First People’s Hospital from June 2021 to February 2023 were selected as research objects.We randomly divided the patients into an observation group and a control group with 31 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with mouse nerve growth factor on the basis of the control group.At admission,before treatment,and 15 days after treatment,the patients in the two groups were evaluated with electrophysiological techniques and Sunnybrook(Toronto)facial grading system(SFGS),and the bilateral nerve motor conduction velocity(MCV)and its correlation with SFGS were analyzed and recorded.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in bilateral MCV and Sunnybrook scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment,the improvement of the lateral nerve conduction velocity and SFGS in group A was better than that in group B(P<0.05);And the total effective rate of GroupA(93.5%),was higher than Group B(74.2%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with rat nerve growth factor is effective in treating facial neuritis.
