隔姜灸法干预奥希替尼所致腹泻的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨奥希替尼所致腹泻运用隔姜灸法治疗的效果。方法在2022年7月至2023年3月时间段中,选取三明市中西医结合医院收治的60例奥希替尼所致腹泻患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组用隔姜灸法治疗。对比中医症状积分、实验室指标、Barthel指数、KPS评分、腹泻分级情况及治疗有效率。结果干预后,观察组中医症状积分、Barthel指数、KPS评分、腹泻0级患者比例、治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实验室各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论隔姜灸的运用效果更加理想,并无明显不良反应,简单易行,患者容易接受,安全性更高。Objective To investigate the effect of ginger moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea caused by ohitinib.Methods 60 cases of ohitinibinduced diarrhea were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with ginger moxibustion.The TCM symptom score,laboratory index,Barthel index,KPS score,diarrhea classification and treatment efficiency were compared.Results After intervention,the TCM symptom score,Barthel index,KPS score,proportion of patients with diarrhea grade 0 and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The laboratory indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of ginger moxibustion is more ideal,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.It is simple and easy to be accepted by patients,with higher safety.
