脑淋巴系统在帕金森病中的研究进展

摘　　要：最新研究发现,大脑具有淋巴系统,这一系统是脑内清除代谢产物和病理性蛋白的重要生理结构,主要由胶质淋巴系统和脑膜淋巴管构成。神经元内α-突触核蛋白(α-syn)沉积是帕金森病(PD)的主要病理过程之一,α-syn可以通过胶质淋巴系统引流,经过脑膜淋巴管流入外周淋巴结而从大脑中清除。近年来研究发现,脑淋巴系统与PD密切相关。本文结合近些年的文献对脑淋巴系统在PD中的研究进展进行综述。The latest research found that the brain has a lymphatic system,which is an important physiological structure for clearing metabolites and pathological proteins in the brain,mainly composed of glymphatic system and meningeal lymphatic vessels.In neuronsα⁃synuclein(α⁃syn)deposition is one of the main pathological processes of Parkinson’s disease(PD),α⁃syn can drain through the glymphatic system and flow through the meningeal lymphatic vessels to the peripheral lymph nodes to clear from the brain.In recent years,researches have found that brain lymphatic system is closely related to PD.This article reviews the research progress of brain lymphatic system in PD based on recent literature.
