摘　　要：李佃贵教授从医50余年,在继承前人经验和总结临床实践的基础上,衷中参西,首创“浊毒理论”,填补了临床阻断慢性萎缩性胃炎进展,“逆转”肠上皮化生和异型增生的空缺。李佃贵教授擅长运用浊毒理论治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,在临床治疗中以清热祛湿,化浊解毒;疏肝健脾,行气化浊;芳香醒脾,祛湿化浊;通络祛瘀,化浊攻毒为原则用药,尤喜用对药。文中总结李佃贵教授常用的四组对药,黄连配茵陈、香附配当归、藿香配佩兰、全蝎配蜈蚣等对药及其临床运用经验,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Professor Li Diangui has been practicing medicine for over 50 years.Building upon the experience of his predecessors and summarizing his own clinical practice,he has developed the innovative“theory of turbid toxins”,which fills the gap in the clinical management of chronic atrophic gastritis by“reversing”intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia.Professor Li excels in using the theory of turbid toxins to treat chronic atrophic gastritis.In his clinical treatment,he focuses on clearing heat and eliminating dampness,transforming turbidity and removing toxins;soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,promoting qi circulation and transforming turbidity;using aromatic substances to awaken the spleen,dispel dampness,and transform turbidity;dredging collaterals and dispelling stasis,transforming turbidity,and attacking toxins.He particularly emphasizes the use of drug pairs in his treatment approach.The article summarized four commonly used drug pairs that Professor Li frequently employs:Coptidis Rhizoma-Artemisiae Scopariae Herba,Cyperi Rhizoma-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Pogostemonis Herba-Eupatorii Herba,and Scorpio-Scolopendra,along with their clinical application experience.This article is expected to provide references for clinical treatment.
