摘  要:抗青光眼术后瘢痕化是青光眼滤过术后重要的并发症,也是术后眼压控制失败的重要原因。虽然用于抑制滤过泡瘢痕化的药物较多,但普遍作用时间较短。应用药物缓释技术有延长抑制青光眼滤过术后瘢痕化药物的作用时间、减少用药剂量和次数、降低药物毒副作用等优势,对保护患者的视功能具有重要意义。Scarring after glaucoma surgery is the primary complication of glaucoma filtration surgery and it can lead to high postoperative intraocular pressure.Although there are many drugs for inhibiting filtration bleb scarring,the action time is generally short.The application of drug delivery technology has the advantages of prolonging the action time of drugs in inhibiting scarring after glaucoma filtering operation,reducing the dosage and frequency of drugs,and reducing the side effects of drugs.The use of this technique has important significance for controlling intraocular pressure to proptect the usual function of glaucoma patients.
