摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康并造成极大社会和经济负担的主要慢性疾病之一。中医药在恶性肿瘤全人群、全周期和全方位“三全”管理中优势独特且效果显著。在规范化防治的基础上,运用中医药“治未病”和整体观等理念,将辨病、辨证与辨症相结合,分层分期、综合施策、身心调平,以患者为中心并兼顾患者家属在内的其他人群,有利于进一步降低恶性肿瘤发病率,提高患者生存率和生存质量,减轻社会经济负担,助力健康中国。Malignant tumors are one of the major chronic diseases that pose a serious threat to human health and impose a significant social and economic burden.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has unique advantages and remarkable effects in the "whole population,whole cycle,and all-round" management of malignant tumors.Based on standardized prevention and treatment,as well as the preventive treatment of disease and the holistic view in TCM,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation were combined with symptom differentiation.The diseases were treated in stages with comprehensive strategies employed and body and mind balanced.By placing the patient at the center and considering the needs of the patient's family and other individuals,it is conducive to further reducing the incidence of malignant tumors,improving the survival rate and quality of life for patients,alleviating the social and economic burden,and contributing to the goal of Healthy China.
