摘　　要：在中西医结合诊疗迅猛发展的背景下,原发性肝癌中医证型与辅助检查指标相关性的研究取得了一定的进展。目前西医诊断与肝癌中医证型相结合的研究角度有8种:影像学、分子标志物、凝血功能、蛋白组学、免疫学、代谢组学、肝功能和基因组学。中医诊断的研究内容为脉象、舌象。另外还有初步建立的临床诊断模型与量表。本文就近10年肝癌辨证分型相关的辅助检查指标研究现状展开综述,以期为同类研究提供借鉴参考。Under the background of the rapid development of integrated diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine,the research on the correlation between TCM syndrome types and auxiliary examination indexes of primary hepatocellular carcinoma has made some achievements.At present,there are eight research perspectives on the combination of western medicine diagnosis and TCM syndrome types of liver cancer:imaging,molecular markers,coagulation function,proteomics,immunology,metabolomics,liver function,and genomics.The research content of TCM diagnosis involves pulse conditions,tongue images,and a preliminarily established clinical diagnosis model and scale.This article reviews the research status of auxiliary examination indexes related to syndrome differentiation and classification of liver cancer in the past ten years,so as to provide a reference for similar research.
