摘  要:目的探讨身体活动、自尊、消极完美主义和学习拖延之间的关系。方法采用体育活动等级量表、Rosenberg自尊量表、Frost多维度完美主义量表和大学生学习拖延量表对1079名大学生进行调查。结果1)身体活动与自尊水平显著正相关(r=0.141,p<0.01),与学习拖延显著负相关(r=0.113,p<0.01),与消极完美主义呈不显著相关关系(r=-0.049,p>0.05),学习拖延与自尊显著负相关(r=-0.409,p<0.01),与消极完美主义显著正相关(r=0.275,p<0.01),自尊与消极完美主义显著负相关(r=-0.197,p<0.01)。2)回归分析证实自尊在身体活动与学习拖延之间存在部分中介效应,中介效应值是-0.061,占总效应值的51.69%,而消极完美主义的中介作用不显著。3)自尊、消极完美主义在身体活动和学习拖延之间具有链式中介作用,占总效应值的5.10%。结论参加小量的身体活动量有助于降低大学生的学习拖延水平;较大的身体活动量更有助于提升大学生的自尊水平;身体活动不仅可以直接影响大学生学习拖延行为,还可以通过影响自尊和消极完美主义进一步降低个体的学习拖延行为。Objective To explore the relationship between physical activity,self-esteem,negative perfectionism and academic procrastination.Methods A total of 1,079 college students were investigated by using the Physical Activity Rating Scale,Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale,Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale and College Students'Academic Procrastination Scale.Results 1)Physical activity was significantly positively correlated with self-esteem(r=0.141,p<0.05),significantly negatively correlated with academic procrastination(r=0.113,p<0.01),and not significantly correlated with negative perfectionism(r=-0.049,p>0.05).Academic procrastination was significantly negatively correlated with self-esteem(r=-0.409,p<0.01),and significantly positively correlated with negative perfectionism(r=0.275,p<0.01).2)Regression analysis confirmed that self-esteem had a partial mediating effect between physical activity and academic procrastination.The mediating effect value was-0.061,accounting for 51.69%of the total effect value,while the mediating effect of negative perfectionism was not significant.3)Self-esteem and negative perfectionism had a chain mediating effect between physical activity and learning procrastination,accounting for 5.10%of the total effect value.Conclusion Participating in a small amount of physical activity helps to reduce the level of academic procrastination of college students;larger physial activity is more conducive to improve the self-esteem level of college students,and physical activity can not only directly affect college students'learning procrastination,but also further reduce individual learning procrastination by affecting self-esteem and negative perfectionism.
