摘　　要：目的:调查安徽省各级妇幼保健机构临床学科体系建设现状,运用综合评价方法对安徽省各级妇幼保健机构临床学科建设标准化和规范化建设程度进行评价。方法:采用问卷调查的方法对2020年安徽省16个地市77所妇幼保健机构临床学科设置现状进行调查,运用熵权TOPSIS方法对省、市、县级市、县及区级妇幼保健机构临床学科建设情况进行综合评价。结果:省级、市级、县级市、县级及区级妇幼保健机构相对接近度分别为1.000、0.309、0.036、0.097、0.095,其临床学科建设综合评价结果排名依次为省级、市级、县级、区级及县级市。结论:安徽省各级妇幼保健机构标准化、规范化的临床学科体系需要进一步完善。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation of the construction of clinical discipline systems in maternal and child health institutions at all levels in Anhui province,cities and counties,and to evaluate the degree of standardization and stan⁃dardization of clinical discipline construction in maternal and child health institutions in Anhui province using a comprehensive evaluation method.METHODS A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the current situation of clinical discipline system con⁃struction in 77 maternal and child health institutions in 16 cities in Anhui province,and the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively evaluate the construction of clinical disciplines in maternal and child health institutions at provincial,city,county,county and district levels.RESULTS The relative proximity C of maternal and child health institutions at the provincial,mu⁃nicipal,county,district and ward levels of the evaluation were 1.000,0.309,0.036,0.097 and 0.095,respectively.The ranking of their comprehensive evaluation results of clinical discipline construction were provincial,municipal,county,district and ward levels.CONCLUSION The standardized and standardized clinical discipline system of maternal and child health institutions in Anhui needs further improvement.
