不同含量虾青素饲料对秀丽白虾亲虾抗氧化、繁殖及免疫能力的影响

摘　　要：文章旨在研究不同水平虾青素对秀丽白虾亲虾抗氧化、繁殖及免疫能力的作用。试验选取3种等氮等脂饲料,通过加入加丽素红(含虾青素),使饲料内虾青素含量分别达到5%、10%、15%,依次标记为低、中、高3种含量组。试验选择雌雄亲虾各90尾,随机分配到18个培育池,每池10尾雌(雄)虾,试验为期10周。结果表明:(1)低含量组谷胱甘肽还原酶活性低于其余2组(P<0.05),高含量组过氧化氢酶活性高于其余2组(P<0.05)。(2)3组亲虾性腺指数、产卵数量等含量无显著差异(P>0.05);中含量组雌虾卵黄蛋白含量高于高含量组(P<0.05),与低含量组无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)高含量组溶菌酶活性、转化生长因子含量高于其余2组(P<0.05),低含量组核因子含量低于其余2组(P<0.05),高含量组总一氧化氮合酶活性低于其余2组,白介素含量随虾青素含量增加而提升(P<0.05),3组无显著差异(P<0.05)。综上所述,使用合理含量的虾青素饲料可提升亲虾的抗氧化与免疫力,提升卵黄蛋白含量,从而提升亲虾的繁殖能力。The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of astaxanthin feed with different contents on the antioxidant,reproductive and immune capacity of the parent shrimp of beautiful white shrimp.Three kinds of equal nitrogen and equal fat feedstuffs were selected,and the astaxanthin content in the feedstuffs reached 5%,10%and 15%respectively by adding Garrison Red(containing astaxanthin),which were labeled as low,medium and high content groups in turn.Select 90 evenly distributed male and female parent shrimp,and randomly assign 18 breeding ponds with 10 female(male)shrimp per pond.The experimental period is 10 weeks.The results showed that:(1)the activity of glutathione reductase in the low content group was lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),while the activity of catalase in the high content group was higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the gonadal index and number of eggs laid among the three groups of parent shrimp(P>0.05);The yolk protein content of female shrimp in the medium content group was higher than that in the high content group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference compared to the low content group(P>0.05).(3)The lysozyme activity and transforming growth factor content of the high content group were higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.05),the nuclear factor content of the low content group was lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),the total nitric oxide synthase activity of the high content group was lower than that of the other two groups,and the interleukin content increased with the increase of astaxanthin content(P<0.05).There was no significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).To sum up,the use of astaxanthin feed with reasonable content can improve the antioxidant and immunity of parent shrimp,increase the vitellin content,hatchability and other indicators,and thus enhance the reproductive capacity of parent shrimp.
