摘 要:文章旨在研究不同品种菜籽粕对生长猪生长性能和养分消化率及肠道发酵性能的影响。试验将240头平均体重为(40.8+2.1)kg的生长猪随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复20头猪。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,试验组饲料中分别含有10%的甘蓝型菜籽粕和双低型菜籽粕,试验为期42 d。结果表明,双低型菜籽粕组日增重、料重比均显著高于甘蓝型菜籽粕组(P<0.0.5),但与对照相比差异不显著(P>0.0.5)。对照组干物质、粗蛋白质、钙、磷的消化率显著高于甘蓝型菜籽粕组(P<0.0.5),双低型菜籽粕组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。双低型菜籽粕试验组生长猪肠道中的大肠杆菌数量显著下降(P<0.05),乳酸菌数量上升,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,在双低型菜籽粕中,粗蛋白质和氨基酸含量增加,使其具有较高的营养价值,与甘蓝型菜籽粕相比,双低型菜籽粕显著提高了生长猪对营养物质的消化率,提高了肠道微生物稳定性和发酵性能。This experiment investigated the effects of different varieties of rapeseed meal on the growth performance,nutrient digestibility,and intestinal fermentation performance of growing pigs.In the experiment,240 growing pigs with an average body weight of(40.8+2.1)kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 20 pigs in each replicate.The control group was fed a corn soybean meal based diet,while the experimental group's feed contained 10%cabbage based rapeseed meal and double low rapeseed meal,respectively.The experiment lasted for a total of 42 days.The result showed that,The daily gain and feed weight ratio of the double low rapeseed meal group were significantly higher than those of the cabbage rapeseed meal group(P<0.05),but the difference was not significant compared to the control group(P>0.05).The digestion rates of dry matter,crude protein,calcium,and phosphorus in the control group were significantly higher than those in the cabbage type rapeseed meal group,and the difference between the double low type cabbage cypress group and the control group was not significant(P>0.05).In the double low rapeseed meal test group,the number of Escherichia coli in growing pigs'intestines decreased(P<0.05),while the number of lactic acid bacteria increased(P>0.05).Conclusion:In double low rapeseed meal,the increase in crude protein and amino acid content makes it have higher nutritional value.Compared with cabbage rapeseed meal,double low rapeseed meal significantly improves the nutrient digestion rate of growing pigs,improves intestinal microbial stability and fermentation performance.
