摘 要:为了利用自动化设备替代人工进行电源校准工作,基于LabVIEW开发环境设计了直流稳定电源自动化校准系统,从而实现校准过程整体效能的提升。该自动化校准系统的设计可分为校准启动、校准作业以及校准收尾3大过程,对每个过程的典型技术难点和实现方案分别进行了阐述。针对单台不同类别电源校准耗时和单日不同类别电源校准件数2项指标,将自动化校准与传统人工校准进行数据对比,凸显出应用直流稳定电源自动化校准系统进行校准的巨大优势。The purpose of the automatic calibration system of DC stabilized power supply based on LabVIEW development environment is to replace the manual power supply calibration work with automatic equipment and to achieve the improvement of the overall efficiency of the calibration process.The design of the automatic calibration system can be divided into three major processes:calibration start-up,calibration operation and calibration finish.The typical technical difficulties and implementation solutions for each process are described separately.The data comparison between the automatic calibration and the traditional manual calibration of time consumption of single power supply calibration of different categories and the number of different power supply calibration units in a single day highlights the great advantages of applying the automatic calibration system of DC stabilized power supply for calibration.
