新中国工会史史料编撰与研究述评

摘　　要：新中国成立以来,工会经历了不平凡的发展历程,在推动国家建设和维护职工权益方面产生重要影响。新中国工会史史料丰富,包括资料汇编、领导人相关论述集、档案、地方志、统计年鉴、报刊文章、口述资料等多种类别。基于史料,该领域形成四类研究成果,即梳理、总结新中国成立以来工会发展的历史脉络和历史经验的通史类研究,阐释工会理论发展创新历程的理论发展史研究,关注工会制度创立、演进及转型历程的制度史研究,围绕工会职能展开的工会具体工作实践的历史研究。新中国工会史研究成绩丰硕,但还存在成果积累不平衡、史料运用缺乏创新、研究范式亟待突破等不足。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China(PRC),trade unions have experienced an extraordinary course of development and exerted important influence on promoting national construction and safeguarding the rights and interests of employees.This paper finds that the history of trade unions in the PRC is rich in historical materials,including profile compilations,leaders’profile,archives,historical records,statistical yearbooks,newspaper articles,oral materials and other categories.Based on these materials,four types of research have been formed in this field,namely,general history studies that sort out and summarize the historical context and historical experience of the development of the PRC trade unions;theoretical development history studies that explain the development and innovation process of trade unions theory;institutional history studies that focus on the establishment,evolution and transformation process of trade unions;historical research on specific practices around political,economic,cultural and maintenance functions of trade unions.On the whole,the research on the history of trade unions in the PRC has been fruitful,but there are still shortcomings such as unbalanced accumulation of achievements,lack of innovation in the use of historical materials,and urgent need for breakthroughs in research paradigms.
