摘 要:民用运输机具有集装化运输能力的同时有着高效率、高机动性等优势,得到了远程运输领域相关研究人员的重视。其承载能力、重心平衡与飞行安全均受到机舱负载特性的影响,因此需要使用加载系统对机舱进行加载实验,为确定运输机负载性能、故障排除和后续构型改进提供指导建议。针对机舱载荷模拟加载控制,设计了一种力控伺服加载系统的机械结构与加载方式,并基于系统控制模型,分别对单套伺服缸与由多套伺服缸组成的加载系统进行了不同响应信号与工况下的负载特性仿真分析,表明该系统有着较快的跟踪速度和较高的跟踪精度,仿真结果可作为后续力控伺服加载系统设计及深入研究的依据。Civil transport aircraft has the advantages of high efficiency and high mobility while having containerized transportation capacity,and has attracted the attention of relevant researchers in the field of long-distance transportation.The carrying capacity,center of gravity balance and flight safety of civil transport aircraft are all affected by the load characteristics of the cabin.Therefore,it is necessary to use the loading system to carry out loading experiments on the cabin,so as to provide guidance and suggestions for determining the load performance,troubleshooting and subsequent configuration improvement of the transport aircraft.Aiming at the simulation loading control of engine room load,the mechanical structure and loading mode of a force-controlled servo loading system are designed.Based on the system control model,the load characteristics of a single set of hydraulic cylinders and a loading system composed of multiple sets of hydraulic cylinders are simulated and analyzed under different response signals and working conditions.The results show that the system has fast tracking speed and high tracking accuracy.The simulation results can be used as the basis for the design and in-depth study of the subsequent forcecontrolled servo loading system.
