摘  要:信息化教学是当前军事教育的重要发展方向。着眼于新修订的《军队院校教育条例(试行)》,在阐述信息化教学能力内涵的基础上,认真分析了教员信息化教学能力的现状,指出了其优势及不足之处,最后有针对性地提出了提升教员信息化教学能力的具体举措:一方面,要主动更新教育教学理念、加大信息化硬件建设和培训力度、注重军民融合发展;另一方面,要以课程信息化建设为抓手,重点围绕课程教学资源建设、课程教学设计与实施、课程教学评价等,着力提升教员的信息化教学能力。Information teaching is the important development direction of current military education.Focusing on the newly revised“Regulations on education in military colleges and universities(for Trial Implementation)”,on the basis of expounding the connotation of information-based teaching ability,this paper carefully analyzes the current situation of teachers’information-based teaching ability,points out its advantages and disadvantages,and finally puts forward specific measures to improve teachers’information-based teaching ability.On the one hand,we should actively update education and teaching ideas,strengthen information-based hardware construction and training and pay attention to the development of military civilian integration;On the other hand,we should focus on the construction of curriculum informatization,the construction of curriculum teaching resources,curriculum teaching design and implementation,curriculum teaching evaluation and other aspects,and strive to improve teachers’informatization ability.
