摘　　要：课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。论述南京工业大学“金属物理学”教研室在思想政治教学设计与“三全育人”改革中的探索与实践。教研室依据金属材料工程专业必修课“金属物理学”的课程特点,强化教师的使命担当,着力师德养成,把握价值引导方向;推进形成全面育人的理念,优化课程目标;修订课程教学大纲,深入挖掘课程思政元素,丰富育人内容;创新教学育人方法,激发育人功效;建立多维度评价体系,践行社会主义核心价值观,取得了阶段性的育人效果。The practice of Curriculum Ideology and Politics is the vital measure of implementing the Party’s fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.The paper has made an overview on the educational reform practices of the teaching group of Physical Metallurgy at Nanjing Tech University on this topic.With the deep insights into the characteristics of the Physical Metallurgy course and the requirement of Curriculum Ideology and Politics,we has strengthened the educational mission of teachers and strictly regulated teachers’ethics.We revised the course objectives and the syllabus,explored the ideological and political elements in the framework of the core socialist values,integrated the dissemination of professional knowledge and the education of ideological morality,and innovated some teaching and educating skills,developed multidimensional evaluation system.and achieved commendable education effects.
