从“嵌入本土”到“扎根本土”:当代中国管理创新哲学研究倾向优化

摘　　要：若遮蔽了特定境遇,仅仅引入他者的结构化、模型化的引进型管理创新理论进行当代中国管理创新哲学研究,虽易使当代中国管理创新哲学研究穿上时髦的“理论外衣”,但这只能体现嵌入式的研究倾向,美其名曰,用新的“构念+模型”嵌入“本土”。而当代中国管理创新哲学研究不能被孤立地看成仅仅研究制度或模式,对其深化探讨还要正视并分析阶段性的特定境遇。本文以当代中国管理创新哲学研究倾向优化为探讨基点,通过纵向归纳、比较研究与概念辨析,揭示与解读当代中国管理创新哲学研究可以从“嵌入本土”式研究,优化为“扎根本土”型研究。而“扎根本土”就是扎根阶段性特定境遇。Simply introducing western structured and modeled theories without considering specific circumstances of local research,though easy to grant it with a fashionable“theoretical cloak,”can only reflect an embedded research tendency,as is called,to reconstruct the“locality”with a new“construction+model.”However,China's indigenous research cannot be viewed as merelye studying the system or mode in isolation.To deepen its discussion,it is necessary to face up to and analyze the specific local circumstances.Based on the optimization of China's local management innovation research tendency,through vertical induction,comparative research and conceptual analysis,this paper reveals and interprets that China's local management innovation research can be optimized from“being embedded in the local”to“being rooted in the local”which means taking root in specific situations at different stages.
