摘 要:本试验旨在探究微贮过程中添加屎肠球菌对玉米秸秆、棉花秸秆、高丹草和芦苇发酵品质的影响,为4种饲料资源的开发和利用提供技术支持。试验以玉米秸秆、棉花秸秆、高丹草和芦苇为原料,每种原料分别设原料组、对照组和试验组,每组6个重复,测定4种原料发酵前后的营养成分及发酵后的感官评分和发酵指标。结果表明添加屎肠球菌发酵液使棉花秸秆和高丹草感官评定从2级尚好提高至1级优等。从常规养分来看,添加屎肠球菌发酵液显著降低了芦苇的干物质和可溶性糖含量(P<0.05);显著降低了高丹草的中性洗涤纤维含量(P<0.05)。添加屎肠球菌发酵液后,除棉花秸秆粗蛋白含量降低,其余3种饲料的粗蛋白含量均提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。从发酵指标分析,添加屎肠球菌发酵液后,芦苇的pH值和NH3-N含量显著降低(P<0.05),棉花秸秆中NH3-N含量显著降低(P<0.05),4种饲料乳酸含量均显著升高(P<0.05),棉花秸秆的乙酸含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加屎肠球菌发酵液提高了玉米秸秆、芦苇和高丹草的发酵品质,提高了棉花秸秆和高丹草的感官评定分值,但对棉花秸秆发酵品质改善效果不显著。The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effect of Enterococcus faecium on the fermentation quality of corn stalk,cotton straw,sorghum hybrid sudangrass and reed in the process of micro-storage,and to provide technical support for the development and utilization of four feed resources.Corn stalk,cotton straw,sorghum hybrid sudangrass and reed were chosen and divided into raw material group,control group and experimental group,and each group was performed in six replicates.The nutritional components of four materials before and after fermentation,the sensory score and fermentation index after fermentation were determined.The results showed that the addition of Enterococcus faecium fermentation broth increased the evaluation of cotton straw and sorghum hybrid sudangrass from grade 2 to grade 1 through the sensory evaluation of the four fermented feeds.From the per-spective of conventional nutrients,the addition of Enterococcus faecium fermentation broth significantly reduced the dry matter and water soluble carbohydrate content of reeds,and the neutral detergent fiber content of sorghum hybrid sudangrass was significantly decreased(P<0.05).After adding Enterococcus faecium fermentation broth,crude protein content of the other three roughages were increased except for cotton straw,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).From the analysis of fermentation indexes,the pH value and NH3-N content of reed,the NH3-N content of cotton straw,and the acetic acid content of cotton straw were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the lactic acid content of corn straw was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding Enterococcus faecium fermentation broth improved the fermentation quality of corn stalk,reed and sorghum hybrid sudangrass,and improved the sensory evaluation score of cotton straw and sorghum hybrid sudangrass,but the effect on the fermentation quality of cotton straw was not obvious.
