摘  要:我国发现的岩盐矿床一般都处在地表1000m以下,最深达3000m,按地温梯度测算,矿层与地面常温相差30~70℃。由于溶腔内环境温度与其所在矿层温度相近,采用水溶法开采岩盐,容易出现氯化钠结晶体,会造成井组管道的堵塞,影响井组生产运行。本文对开采过程中饱和卤水的结晶情况进行了一些探讨和分析,为岩盐开采过程中解决卤水结晶问题提供了一定的生产经验。The rock salt deposits found in China are generally 1000m below the surface,and the deepest is 3000m.According to the calculation of geothermal gradient,the normal temperature difference between the mineral layer and the ground is 30~70℃.Because the ambient temperature in the cavity is close to the temperature of the mineral layer where it is located,sodium chloride crystals are easy to appear when the rock salt is mined by water solution method,which will cause the blockage of the well group pipeline and affect the production and operation of the well group.The crystallization of saturated brine during mining is discussed and analyzed in this paper,which provides some production experience for solving the problem of brine crystallization during mining of rock salt.
