摘  要:精制食用盐生产过程中,需要用生石灰对深井原卤作净化处理。生产过程中,生石灰的使用量影响原卤净化的效果。而生石灰中的有效Ca^(2+)影响了生石灰的使用量,因此生石灰中的有效Ca^(2+)的值,对净化过程生石灰的投料量起重要作用。目前,生石灰中Ca^(2+)含量的化学分析检测方法主要有两种,一是蔗糖钙-盐酸滴定法;二是EDTA滴定法。本文通过实验对比分析,发现蔗糖钙-盐酸滴定法测定生石灰的有效Ca^(2+),其对实际生产工艺更具有指导意义。In the production process of refined edible salt, it is necessary to purify the brine of deep wells with quicklime. During the production process, the amount of quicklime used affects the effect of brine purification. The effective Ca^(2+) in quicklime affects the amount of quicklime, so the value of effective Ca^(2+) in quicklime plays an important role in the feeding amount of quicklime in the purification process. At present, there are two main methods for chemical analysis and detection of Ca^(2+) content in quicklime, one is sucrose calcium-hydrochloric acid titration, and the other is EDTA titration. In this paper, through experimental comparative analysis, it is found that the effective Ca^(2+) determination of quicklime by hydrochloric acid titration has more guiding significance for the actual production process.
