摘　　要：宫颈癌是威胁女性生命健康的常见恶性肿瘤。其中复发或晚期宫颈癌预后较差,且往往接受过手术治疗、放疗、化疗等,在选择治疗方案时更加棘手,即使经过最有效的治疗手段,晚期宫颈癌治疗失败率仍较高。得益于肿瘤细胞信号通路相关靶点及免疫治疗,尤其是免疫检查点抑制剂的研究进展,宫颈癌维持治疗取得了新的突破。靶向维持治疗、免疫维持治疗、多药联合维持治疗是目前宫颈癌维持治疗的热门领域。Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor that threatens women's life and health.Among them,the prognosis of recurrent or advanced cervical cancer is poor,and such patients often receive surgical treatment,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,etc.,which makes it more difficult to choose a treatment plan.Even after the most effective treatment methods,the treatment failure rate of advanced cervical cancer is still high.Thanks to the research progress of tumor cell signaling pathway-related targets and immunotherapy,especially immune checkpoint inhibitors,new breakthroughs have been made in cervical cancer maintenance therapy.Targeted maintenance therapy,immune maintenance therapy,and multi-drug combination maintenance therapy are currently popular areas of cervical cancer maintenance therapy.
