基于价值链理论的市政工程施工项目成本分析与控制研究

摘　　要：为了解决市政工程项目中的精细化成本控制管理问题,以陕西省咸阳市某市政道路工程为研究对象,建立了成本价值链管理模型,分析了各个分部分项工程的成本构成,并基于价值链理论对其进行控制。研究结果表明:土石方工程和路面工程存在成本偏高的现象,是应该重点成本控制的对象,采用价值链理论达到了有效成本控制和资源配置优化的目的。In order to solve the problem of refined cost control and management in municipal engineering projects,taking a municipal road project in Xianyang City,Shaanxi Province as the research object,a cost value chain management model is established,the cost composition of each divisional and subdivisional project is analyzed,and it is controlled based on the value chain theory.The research results indicate that there is a phenomenon of high cost in earthwork and pavement engineering,which should be the focus of cost control.The use of value chain theory has achieved the goal of effective cost control and resource allocation optimization.
