摘　　要：作为“连串海外政治出版的开端”,《清议报》所开创的发行网络在海外华文报刊史上扮演着重要角色。文章以《清议报》所登告白为线索,结合日记、书札等史料,系统梳理《清议报》发行网络及其政治意涵。研究发现,《清议报》遭清廷禁止后,除利用以上海为代表的口岸城市外,颇多凭借日人势力及前人甚少提及的基督教发行网络。《时务报》所召唤的“士林”发行网络虽已遭破坏,仍能助该报秘密传播。同时,《清议报》以合海外之人心为旨归,借助各埠侨领、教士及报刊联盟,发行网络纵横五大洲。各埠代派处(人)勾连发行、阅读、政治动员等环节,使《清议报》成为推动保皇会发展的组织工具。《清议报》所探索的发行新路,既对清季留日学生报刊之流通发挥了先导作用,又对保皇、革命两派机关报之发行产生了重要影响,由此成为改造清季海外华文报刊发行网的关键节点。As"the ancestor of overseas political publications",China Discussion created its own distribution network,which played an important role in the history of overseas Chinese newspapers and periodicals.This study argues that after banned by the Qing Dynasty,besides using coastal and seaport concessions represented by Shanghai for distribution,China Discussion mainly relied on Japanese forces and Christian communication networks,but the latter was rarely mentioned by the previous studies.Although the distribution network of"Shilin"summoned by Shiwubao was broken,it could still help China Discussion to spread secretly.At the same time,with the help of overseas Chinese leaders,clergy and newspaper alliances in various cities,its distribution network connected overseas Chinese from all over the world.The local representative agencies(senders)linked the distribution,reading,political mobilization and other processes,making China Discussion an organizational tool in promoting the development of the Chinese Empire Reform Association.The new distribution model explored by China Discussion not only played a leading role in the circulation of newspapers and periodicals for students studying in Japan,but also had an important impact on the distribution of subsequent official newspapers of the reformers and revolutionaries,which became a key node in the transformation of the distribution network of overseas Chinese newspapers and periodicals in the Qing Dynasty.
