摘　　要：随着健康中国战略推进与医学教育创新需要,培育医术精湛与医德高尚的医学人才是医学院校的重要任务。而以涂尔干道德教育理论为分析视角,客观审视当前医学生道德教育存在的系列问题,并基于涂尔干道德教育观与新时代社会环境相结合,探索医学生道德教育质量提升路径是研究重点。主要包含将道德理念内化于心、建立行之有效的道德惩戒、开展社会化的道德教育等方式,以期为医学生道德教育理论研究与政策制订提供思路借鉴。With the promotion of healthy China strategy and the need of medical education innovation,it is an important task for medical colleges to cultivate medical talents with excellent medical skills and noble medical ethics.Taking Durkheim’s moral education theory as an analytical perspective,this paper objectively examines a series of problems existing in the current moral education of medical students,and explores ways to improve the quality of medical students’moral education based on the combination of Durkheim’s moral education concept and social environment in the new era.It mainly includes internalizing moral ideas,establishing effective moral punishment,and carrying out socialized moral education,so as to provide ideas for theoretical research and policy formulation of moral education for medical students.
