摘  要:目的构建高级实践护士培训教学质量评价方案,为专科护理人才的规范化培训提供培养、考核标准。方法通过文献检索、分析及对往届专科护士培训资料进行回顾性分析,基于背景评价(context evaluation)、输入评价(input evaluation)、过程评价(process evaluation)和成果评价(product evaluation)的CIPP理论初步构建高级实践护士培训教学质量评价方案,采用德尔菲法对10名专家进行2轮函询,确定教学质量评价方案。结果2轮函询问卷的回收率均为100.0%;2轮专家权威系数(Cr)分别为0.83和0.87。2轮Kendall’s W协调系数分别为0.68和0.75(P<0.01)。最终构建的高级实践护士培训教学质量评价方案包括理论授课、临床实践及总带教老师的遴选和岗前培训的背景评价;理论教学师资及临床实践师资条件的输入评价;教师预讲效果评价、学生评价及专家评价3部分组成的过程评价;理论知识、实践技能操作的考核及培训满意度的成果评价。结论基于CIPP理论构建的高级实践护士培训教学质量评价方案具有一定的科学性和可靠性,可为专科护理人才的规范化培训提供培养、考核标准,有利于专科护士教学培训质量水平的提高。Objective To design a quality system for evaluation of the training of advance practice nurses(APN)hence to provide the cultivation and examination standards for the standardised training of nursing specialists.Methods The quality system for evaluation of APN training was designed based on the theory of context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,and product evaluation(CIPP).Results The quality system for evaluation of APN training covered context evaluations of the dimensions in theoretical teaching,clinical practice,selection of the chief supervisor and pre-duty training;evaluation of the input requirements of qualifications for theoretical and clinical practice teaching staff;progress evaluations consisting of teacher pre-lecture effect evaluation,student evaluation and expert evaluation and finally the product assessment of trainees'knowledge in theory,skills in practice and operation,as well as the evaluation of the satisfactionof trainees with the APN training.Conclusion The quality system established for evaluation of APN training based on CIPP theory provides a standard for the standardised training and assessment of nursing specialists,which will improve the quality of APN training.
