后疫情时代学校体育的危与机:知觉运动能力的角色定位

摘  要:新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间,我国政府相关部门和卫生机构启动了一系列预防和控制措施以遏制病毒的传播。随着疫情防控政策从“乙类甲管”调整为“乙类乙管”,如何应对因长期居家隔离导致的身体质量指数上升、视力下降、精神困扰等问题成为后疫情时代学校体育教育的应然使命。研究认为,在调减中高强度身体活动和体质测试的政策背景下,知觉运动技能应作为填补评估学生后疫情时代运动能力与适应能力空白期的重要手段,引发关于身体、健康与体育参与的自我启蒙,缓解应激性心理障碍,重建自尊与自信,充分发掘和践行以体育人价值的着力点。During the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,the relevant departments and health agencies of the Chinese government initiated a series of prevention and control measures to curb the spread of the virus.As the prevention and control management of COVID-19 was officially downgraded from Class A to Class B,how to deal with the problems of increased body mass indexes,decreased eyesight and mental distress caused by long-term home isolation has became the natural mission of school physical education in the post-epidemic era.The study holds that in the policy context of reducing medium-and high-intensity physical activities and physical fitness tests,the perceptual motor skill should be used as an important means to fill the"blank period"of assessing students'sports ability and adaptability in the post-epidemic era,so as to trigger self-enlightenment about the body,health and sports participation,alleviate stress-induced psychological disorders,rebuild self-esteem and confidence,and fully explore and practice the value focus of"cultivating people through sports".
