摘　　要：健步走作为一项经济简单、方便时效的运动项目,正在被越来越多的人所接受。该文以曲阜师范大学、济宁学院为例,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法系统地对大学生参与健步走运动的现状进行了分析。研究表明,两所大学中很多大学生对健步走运动知之甚少,对于该运动的价值认识不到位,这种偏颇的认识导致参与该运动的大学生群体占比较少。而诸多实验表明,经长时间的健步走锻炼,有助于提高大学生体质健康水平,保持健康愉悦的心态。因此,了解本地区大学生参与健步走运动的现状,找出症结所在,进而推广该运动,对于丰富学生快节奏的大学校园生活十分有必要。As an economical,simple,convenient and time-efficient sport,brisk walking is being accepted by more and more people.Taking Qufu Normal University and Jining University as examples,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of college students'participation in brisk walking by the methods of literature and questionnaires.Research shows that many college students in the two universities know little about brisk walking and have insufficient understanding of the value of the sport,which leads to a relatively small proportion of college students'participation in the sport.Many experiments show that long-time brisk walking exercise is helpful to improve the physical health level of college students and maintain a healthy and happy state of mind.Therefore,understanding the current situation of college students'participation in brisk walking in the region,identifying the crux and then promoting the sport are necessary to enrich fast-paced college campus life.
