摘　　要：目的:通过探讨不同程度慢性病大学生学校体育政策态度的差异,为进一步改善大学生的健康状况提供理论依据。方法:采用问卷调查法、数理统计法,对1092名大学生进行调查,对比分析患有慢性病和不同程度慢性病大学生的学校体育政策态度的差异和特点。结果:(1)大学生的体育政策知晓度相对较低,而政策态度整体较为积极,但仍有部分学生持消极态度;(2)无慢性病的学生比患有慢性病的学生对体育政策的态度更积极;(3)患有不同程度慢性病的大学生的政策知晓度无显著差异,但在政策态度上存在显著差异,随慢性病程度加深,大学生的学校体育政策态度总分呈下降趋势。Objective:To provide the theoretical basis for further improving the health status of college students by exploring the differences in school sports policy attitudes among college students with different degrees of chronic diseases.Methods:The methods of questionnaires and mathematical statistics were used to survey 1092 college students,and the differences and characteristics of school sports policy attitudes among college students with chronic diseases and different degrees of chronic diseases were compared and analyzed.Results:(1)The college students'awareness of sports policies was relatively low,while the overall policy attitude was more positive,but there were still a small number of students with negative attitudes.(2)Students without chronic diseases had more positive attitudes toward sports policies than students with chronic diseases.(3)There was no significant difference in the policy awareness among college students with different degrees of chronic diseases,but there were significant differences in policy attitudes,and the total score of school sports policy attitudes among college students tended to decrease with the deepening of the degree of chronic diseases.
