摘　　要：高职产业学院已成为高职院校开展校企合作深化产教融合的重要载体。从产业融合理论看产教融合亦属于产业融合范畴,通过解析产业融合理论与高职产业学院创设间的逻辑对应关系,得出高职产业学院创设机理,进而认为高职产业学院创设是在政府政策支持下,在院校间、企业间竞争加剧的“推力”和区域产业升级加速的“拉力”共同作用下,以院校专业与区域产业匹配、校企剩余资源和跨界能力为基础的多要素作用的结果。据此,高职院校在实践中应首先评估创设基础,避免盲目前行;其次要确定创设模式,规避可能风险;再次要识别合作伙伴,选择适配对象;最后使校企业务互融,实现跨界经营。Industrial colleges have become an important carrier for higher vocational colleges to carry out college-enterprise cooperation and deepen the integration of industry and education.From the perspective of industrial integration theory,the integration of industry and education also belongs to the category of industrial integration.By analyzing the logical correspondence between the theory of industrial integration and the creation of higher vocational industrial colleges,the mechanism of the creation of higher vocational industrial colleges is derived.Thus,it is concluded that the creation of higher vocational industrial colleges is a multi-factor process based on the support of government policies,the“push”of intensified competition between institutions and enterprises and the“pull”of accelerated upgrading of regional industries,the matching of institutions'specialties with regional industries,the remaining resources of schools and enterprises,and the ability of cross-boundary cooperation.Accordingly,in practice,higher vocational colleges and universities should firstly assess the foundation of creation to avoid blindly proceeding;secondly,they should determine the creation mode to avoid possible risks;thirdly,they should identify the partners and choose the suitable objects;finally,they should realize cross-boundary operation by mutual integration of college and enterprise business.
