摘　　要：针对常规检测方法无法准确、高效地获取储罐形变的问题,利用三维激光扫描技术检测储罐不均匀变形和倾斜的方法。利用高精度的TX8三维激光扫描仪对储罐进行扫描,通过数据配准获取储罐点云数据,最后对储罐倾斜度、垂直度及不均匀形变情况分析。结果表明:该方法可以有效地评估储罐的形变情况。TX8三维激光扫描为储罐检测提供了一种有效的方法。Aiming at the problem that conventional detection methods cannot accurately and efficiently obtain the deformation of storage tanks,a method of detecting uneven deformation and inclination of storage tanks by 3D laser scanning technology is proposed.The tank is scanned with a high-precision TX83D laser scanner,the point cloud data of the tank is obtained through data registration,and finally the inclination,perpendicularity and uneven deformation of the tank are analyzed.The results show that this method can effectively evaluate the deformationof storage tanks.TX83D laser scanning provides an effective method for tank inspection.
