摘 要:目的 探讨杭州市大学生的主观幸福感现状及其影响因素,提高大学生的主观幸福感水平。方法 对杭州市10所高校的大学生以半结构化访谈的方式提取大学生主观幸福感的影响因素,并采用问卷调查大学生的主观幸福感现状,验证访谈得出的主观幸福感影响因素,采用SPSS 27.0进行统计分析。结果 是否担任职务、负性情绪负向预测大学生主观幸福感(β=-0.107,P<0.001;β=-0.144,P<0.001),社会支持、正性情绪、人际关系、核心自我评价正向预测大学生主观幸福感(β=0.242,P<0.001;β=0.254,P<0.001;β=0.106,P<0.001;β=0.200,P<0.001)。结论 杭州市大学生主观幸福感受到核心自我评价、社会支持、情绪、是否担任职务和人际关系的影响。Objective To explore the current situation of subjective well-being of college students in Hangzhou as well as its influencing factors,and to enhance the level of subjective well-being of college students.Methods Identify the influencing factors of college students'subjective well-being by using semi-structured interviews for students in 10 colleges and universities in Hangzhou.Explore the current situation of college students'subjective well-being and verify its influencing factors as derived from the interviews by using the questionnaire.Finally 400 valid questionnaires are obtained,which are statistically analyzed in SPSS27.0.Results Holding a position or not,as well as negative emotions,would give negative prediction of college students'subjective well-being(β=-0.107,P<0.001;β=-0.144,P<0.001).In comparison,social support,positive emotions,interpersonal relationship and core self-evaluation would give positive prediction of college students'subjective well-being(β=0.242,P<0.001;β=0.254,P<0.001;β=0.106,P<0.001;β=0.200,P<0.001).Conclusion The core selfevaluation,social support,emotion,whether to hold a position or not and interpersonal relationship influence the subjective well-being of college students in Hangzhou.
