摘  要:本文考察了数字技术对外包零工劳动收入的影响及其作用机制。基于美国纵向雇主-家庭动态数据库(LEHD)的研究发现,数字技术显著降低了外包零工的劳动收入,并在一系列稳健性检验之后,结论依然成立。进一步的机制检验表明,数字技术通过减弱外包零工对自身劳动过程的控制能力、减弱外包零工的集体议价能力以及提升外包零工对平台的依附性三条渠道削弱其自身的议价能力,进而降低了外包零工的劳动收入。结合研究结论与中国零工经济特征提出以下相关建议:补齐制度短板,加强外包零工劳动权益保障;约束数字权力,加强数字平台算法治理;推动工会和集体协商制度建设,并探索国有资本主导的合作制平台组织。This article examines the impact and mechanism of digital technology on the income of outsourced workers.Based on the LEHD in the United States,this study finds that digital technology significantly reduces the labor income of outsourcing gig jobs,and the conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests.Further mechanism testing indicates that digital technology weakens the bargaining power of outsourced workers through three channels:reducing their control over their own labor process,weakening their collective bargaining power,and enhancing their dependence on the platform,thereby reducing their labor income.The relevant suggestions put forward based on the research findings and the characteristics of China's gig economy are:to fill the institutional shortcomings and strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of outsourced gigs;Constrain digital power and strengthen the governance of digital platform algorithms;Promote the construction of trade unions and collective negotiation systems;Explore cooperative platform organizations led by state-owned capital.
