急性椎-基底动脉系统脑梗死致Ondine′s curse综合征一例

摘　　要：Ondine′s curse综合征指随意呼吸保留而自主呼吸丧失导致的通气不足,患者清醒时呼吸及血氧饱和度无明显异常且多夜间出现,易延误诊断及治疗,发生不良后果。急性椎-基底动脉闭塞性脑梗死患者的常见症状为构音障碍、饮水呛咳等,其导致的Ondine′s curse综合征较为少见。作者报道1例首发呼吸暂停为日间的急性椎-基底动脉系统脑梗死致Ondine′s curse综合征患者,并结合相关文献探讨其发病机制及临床特点,以助于临床医生对Ondine′s curse综合征的早期诊断及干预。The majority of cases of Ondine′s curse syndrome are congenital and are characterized by preservation of voluntary breathing,while loss of spontaneous respiration leads to hypoventilation.The patient′s breathing and blood oxygen saturation is not obviously abnormal when the patient is awake,therefore it is easy to delay diagnosis and treatment of Ondine′s curse syndrome,leading to adverse consequences.The common symptoms of acute vertebrobasilar cerebral infarction are dizziness,dysarthria,coughing after drinking water,etc,while Ondine′s curse syndrome was rare.The authors reported a patient with Ondine′s curse syndrome caused by acute vertebrobasilar stroke with first apnea during the day,and based on relevant literature to explore its pathogenesis and clinical characteristics,in order to improve the early diagnosis and intervention of Ondine′s curse syndrome.
