摘　　要：家父张苏予(1920-2023),上海人,毕业于广西省立艺术专科学校,1942年至1945年期间,在重庆考取中央大学艺术系,因身体原因,徐悲鸿先生留他在中大徐先生主持的研究机构工作与学习绘画。一晃四年时间里,他与老师徐悲鸿朝夕相处,耳濡目染,刻苦学习,兼修中西绘画,深得徐悲鸿先生的绘画真传。新中国成立后,家父先后担任上海人民出版社、上海人民美术出版社、上海古籍出版社、中国大百科全书出版社上海分社美术编辑,上海人民美术出版社编审,中国大百科全书出版社上海分社编委。My father Zhang Suyu(1920-2023)is a native of Shanghai.He graduated from Guangxi Provincial Art College.From 1942 to 1945,he was admitted to Department of Art,National Central University in Chongqing.For physical reasons,Mr.Xu Beihong retained him to work and learn painting in the research institute of National Central University,which was headed by Mr.Xu.In a short time of four years,Zhang Suyu got along with the master Xu Beihong day and night,who was influenced by what he heard and what he saw.Zhang Suyu studied hard and exceled in Chinese and Western painting.His artworks were handed down in a direct line from the master Mr.Xu Beihong.
