摘  要:为实现抄收自动化,文章基于CTI(计算机电话集成)技术设计了水电信息系统。首先介绍了该系统的整体架构,随后分析了用户登录模块、语音事务处理模块、收费管理模块、报表查询管理模块,以及系统数据库的设计与实现方法。基于CTI技术设计的水电信息系统,能够支持多路用户同时进行水电信息输入、查询等操作,还能灵活设置用电类别和水电单价,为水电信息的管控提供便利,提升水电部门的服务质量和效率。To achieve automation of data collection,the article designs a water and electricity information system based on CTI(Computer Telephone Integration)technology.Firstly,the overall architecture of the system was introduced,followed by an analysis of the user login module,voice transaction processing module,fee management module,report query management module,as well as the design and implementation methods of the system database.The water and electricity information system designed based on CTI technology can support multiple users to input and query water and electricity information at the same time.It can also flexibly set the electricity category and water and electricity unit price,providing convenience for the control of water and electricity information,and improving the service quality and efficiency of the water and electricity department.
