摘 要:国家安全是安邦定国的基石,维护和塑造国家安全已经上升为党之大计、国之大计。国家安危,公安系于一半,加强国家安全教育是公安院校的使命与担当。当前,公安院校在培养维护国家安全和社会秩序的高层次警务人才方面取得了显著成效,但仍然存在因条块分割而合力不足、因学科壁垒而联动不够、因平台单一而协同不力、因机制不全而发展不畅等明显短板。对此,建议从格局、责任和情怀入手,凝聚多元力量抓好育人育才共轭;创设立体平台,强化课程联动,做到显性教育与隐性教育精准共振,实现国家安全教育与学科专业教学的协同发展,以促进公安院校国家安全教育的深度建设。National security is the cornerstone of a stable country.Maintaining and shaping national security have become a major plan of the Party and the country.The national security is half of the responsibility of the Public Security Departmen.Police academies should firmly implement national security education(NSE)and give full play to the leading,fundamental,and overall role of education in public security work.Therefore,strengthening NSE is the mission and responsibility of police academies.At present,significant results have been achieved in cultivating high-level police personnel to maintain national security and social order,while there are still obvious shortcomings to be remedied,such as insufficient integration of disciplines,inadequate linkage of disciplinary barriers,single platform coordination,and incomplete mechanisms.In response,it is recommended to realize the conjugation of education and talent cultivation by pooling multiple forces,explore the symbiosis of conservation and cultivation by strengthening curriculum linkage,improve implicit and precise resonance by creating a multidimensional platform,and reach common frequency by improving collaborative linkage,so as to achieve the coordinated development of NSE and disciplinary teaching topromote the deep construction of NSE in public security colleges.
