摘 要:对双钨极焊枪钨针的三种空间相对位置及对焊道成型的影响进行了系统分析。以堆焊为例,串列式钨针和斜列式钨针更适合进行工程化应用,可以获得优质的焊道。通过对双钨极焊枪倾角、钨针端部间距对焊道成型的影响试验研究,提出了倾斜双钨极焊枪的方案,利用电弧挺度原理,将电弧温度最高区域直接作用于焊缝根部,解决了双钨极堆焊过程中,焊缝根部易产生未熔合缺陷的问题,根据研究,焊枪最佳倾斜角度为20°~30°,双钨极间距采用1~3 mm之间。此条件下,可以获得良好的焊缝成型。Three kinds of space relative position of tungsten needle of double tungsten electrode welding torch and its influence on weld bead forming have been systematically analyzed.Taking surfacing welding as an example,serial tungsten needle and inclined row tungsten needle are more suitable for engineering application,and high-quality weld bead can be obtained.Through the experimental study on the influence of the inclination angle of the double tungsten electrode welding torch and the distance between the ends of the tungsten needle on the formation of the weld bead,the scheme of the inclined double tungsten electrode welding torch has been proposed.Based on the principle of arc stiffness,the highest area of arc temperature is directly applied to the weld root,which solves the problem that the weld root is easy to produce unfused defects in the process of double tungsten electrode surfacing.According to the research,the best inclination angle of the welding torch is 20~30 degrees,and the distance between the double tungsten electrodes is between 1~3 mm.Under this condition,good weld formation can be obtained.
