摘　　要：缺血性卒中是一种高发病率、高致残率和高死亡率疾病。半乳糖凝集素-3作为小胶质细胞活化和增殖的关键调节剂,对缺血性卒中可能具有双重作用。文章对半乳糖凝集素-3的结构、功能以及在缺血性卒中中的作用进行了综述。Ischemic stroke is a disease with high incidence,high disability and high mortality rates.As a key regulator of microglia activation and proliferation,galectin-3 may have dual effects on ischemic stroke.This article reviews the structure and function of galectin-3,as well as its roles in ischemic stroke.
