摘 要:基于有限元分析法建立松质骨的声场仿真模型,获取松质骨超声透射仿真信号和背向散射仿真信号。研究在300 kHz~3 MHz的带宽范围内,透射信号衰减与频率的关系;比较高低频段透射信号的衰减特性,以及高低频段背向散射信号对骨微结构的表征能力;比较二次变换法和倒谱法这两种简便有效的计算平均骨小梁间距的方法。用三维扫描式超声成像系统扫描骨仿体,获取背散射信号。提出一种背散射系数(BC)正弦拟合法计算平均骨小梁间距,表明了BC是可以反映骨微结构的重要参数。A simulation model of the acoustic field of cancellous bone is established based on the finite element analysis method, and the ultrasonic transmission and backscattering simulation signals of cancellous bone are obtained. The relationship between transmission signal attenuation and frequency is studied in the bandwidth range of 300 kHz-3 MHz. The attenuation features of transmission signals in low and high frequency bands and the characterization ability of backscattered signals in low and high frequency bands on bone microstructure are compared. Two simple and effective methods for calculating the mean trabecular spacing, the quadratic transformation method and cepstrum method, are compared. A three dimensional scanning ultrasound imaging system is used to scan bone imitation and obtain backscattered signals. A backscattering coefficient(BC)sinusoidal fitting method is proposed to calculate the mean trabecular space, indicating that BC is an important parameter to reflect bone microstructure.
