20 MB/s。TF card is usually used for marine instruments for data storage and the data are read from the instrument through asynchronous transceiver transmission(UART)mode. However, the reading speed is slow and the reliability is low. If the instrument is disassembled and the TF card is taken out for reading, its tightness may be reduced due to repeated disassembly and assembly, and there is a risk of water ingress. According to the requirements of marine instrument for data transmission rate, reliability and instrument sealing, a dual-mode file system of storing data serial peripheral interface(SPI)mode and reading data secure digital(SD)mode is designed through special transmission hardware circuit and software control, which realizes the marine instrument reading data quickly and reliably while the TF card is noe taken out. Experiments show that the data transmission speed of this system is two orders of magnitude higher than that in the UART mode, up to 20 MB/s.
