摘　　要：沙蓬(Agriophyllum squarrosum)作为重要的流动沙地先锋植物,具有种子萌发快、根系发达且生长迅速等特点。沙蓬种子富含蛋白质、黄酮、皂苷以及多酚类等次生代谢产物,具有极高的食用和药用价值。研究学者多关注沙蓬分布规律、环境适应性、种子库和种子萌发等方面,近年来,逐渐重视沙蓬种子的营养和药用价值方面的研究,这对促进沙区经济和生态双重发展具有显著作用。本文回顾和总结了沙蓬作为沙区生态建设者和经济建设者的研究现状,并对未来研究重点方向进行了展望。Agriophyllum squarrosum is an important pioneer plant in moving sandy land,with fast seed germination,developed root system and rapid growth.The seeds of Agriophyllum squarrosum are rich in protein,flavonoids,saponions and polyphenols,etc.,which have extremely high edible and medicinal value.In the past,researchers focused on distribution rules,environmental adaptability,seed bank and seed germination,etc.In recent years,much more attention has been paid to the research on the nutritional and medicinal value of the seeds,which is of great significance to promote the dual development of economy and ecology in sandy area.In this paper,the research status of Agriophyllum squarrosum as an ecological and economic builder in sandy area has been summarized,and the key direction of future research has been prospected.
