摘  要:液态食品中5种罂粟壳生物碱采用优化后的前处理方法进行提取,用HILIC色谱柱实现分离,采用质谱仪对吗啡、可待因、罂粟碱、那可丁和蒂巴因进行检测,建立高效液相色谱-质谱法测定液态食品中5种罂粟壳生物碱的分析方法。吗啡、可待因线性范围为5~500 ng/mL,罂粟碱、那可丁和蒂巴因的线性范围为1~100 ng/mL,相关系数均大于0.99,5种生物碱检出限为2~6μg/kg,回收率为75.1%~105.6%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~10.6%,该检测方法前处理简单、灵敏度高、回收率好,可用于液态食品中罂粟生物碱的测定。Five kinds of poppy shell alkaloids in liquid food were extracted by optimized pretreatment method and separated by HILIC column.Morphine,codeine,pappapine,nacotin and tibaine were detected by mass spectrometer.A method for determination of five kinds of poppy shell alkaloids in liquid food was established by HPLC-MS(high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry).The linear range of morphine and codeine was 5〜500 ng/mL,the linear range of papaverine,nacotin and tibaine was 1〜100 ng/mL,and correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.99.The detection limits of 5 alkaloids were 2〜6μg/kg,and the recovery rates were 75.1%〜105.6%.The relative standard deviation ranged from 1.8%to 10.6%.This method is with simple pretreatment,high sensitivity and a good recovery,and can be used for the determination of poppy alkaloids in liquid food.
